First of all, thank you, and welcome to the best magazine and marketing company in town!  We are glad you’re here and our staff of over 20 amazing marketing experts, in 5 different states, are ready to accelerate your brand and boost your business!  Below you will find useful information and our executive team who stand ready to take your business to the next level!

FEW THINGS TO KNOW…

  1. FIRST STEP:  The first step is onboarding with our Customer Service Rep.  She will call you to confirm all the details of your contract which launches our work plan.  Then our team will help build your ad or story on your page, design it with your approval, build your banners to add to our website, push out your social media posts to our audience, create action art for your email blasts, and get you set up to be on our tv shows and “Ask the Expert” show!
  2. PLAQUES OF YOUR COVER OR PAGES:  Many customers love to get a Magazine Plaque of their Cover and/or Page in our magazine.  We offer that service with amazing options to choose from. Please visit MyCityMagazine.com/Plaque to place an order!!
  3. EXTRA COPIES AND RACKS:  Every client may receive 20-30 copies for their personal use and office, however if you would like more, please email us at: Info@MyCityMagazine.com. Also, if you would like a stand-up rack full of complimentary magazines for your customers, please email us at the same email!
  4. FIRST CALLS YOU GET:  As the #1 Local’s Magazine in your city, the first calls you get will probably be from “other smaller magazines”.  Just like the rest of America, we have a little competition too, however as the Leader in the magazine business, most the other magazines love to “copy” our model, so you may get a call from one of our copycat magazine friends.   But you can rest easy knowing you’re with the Leader!
  5. CONTACTS AT OUR OFFICE: For all artwork in the magazine, Laura, our Production Manager will complete all the artwork for your page.   Editorial, any “writing” or stories, will be managed by Sarah, our Editor.  For Digital Services, (websites or email blasts), Paige is our Digital Manager.
